Inexpensive network for the consolidated management of data
LIGHT VEGA uses the customer's existing network to save and read device data, map files, etc. in the customer's server from the prober.
Using the customer's existing servers makes investment minimum in the networking of the probing line.
By combining with VEGA PLANET, "creating and editing device data," "monitoring operation status," and "remote control" become possible so that office work can be done in the office, thereby reducing prober preparation work at the site and increasing the operation rate.
